Monarch Butterflies Endangered !!!!

Why we need to tag Monarch Butterflies :

It is important to tag Monarch butterflies because we don’t want them becoming Extinct. They are already endangered so there is a chance they can survive. But, if we just ignore that chance they may not survive. Even though they only last for a few months we should help them.

How To Tag Them :

If you find a butterfly that has no tag on it you can bring it to the nearest Butterfly Rescue Team and then next time you find another butterfly maybe you can do the tagging .If there is no Rescue Team near by here’s some steps you could use to tag the butterfly.

01 : Bring inside a closed place and take an empty diary/paper to write it’s details.

02 : The Details you’ll Need :

• If it looks old or bright and young.

• It’s gender.

• The date you release it.

• Where it’s from
• The place ( house, little tent etc.. ) you are in.

 

03 : Then you’re ready to release it.
