Hello all.. I’m going to tell you a verse from the Bible and I hope you will find it useful in this morning, afternoon or night.

    THE VERSE FOR TODAY IS :

GOD IS THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN MAKE THE VALLEY A TROUBLE A DOOR OF HOPE

                      Hosea : 2 . 15

In these verse we learn that God does not let us done. He can make our troubled times into times of joy and happiness. So all the troubles you and me and the world face remember God knows, he will comfort you.

Book Review : Warriors Refuge

A warrior cat, Graystripe separated from his clan : Thunderclan he is captured by twolegs ( Twolegs are humans in cat language ) and must escape. A kittypet ( kittypets are cat pets in cat language ) named Millie helps him escape and joins him on his quest to find Thunderclan.

When they are separated Millie gets hurt and they both enter a twoleg house barn and meet a barn cat family. Husker the mate of Moss their kits and Moss’s brother Splash. Husker wants to send Graystripe and Millie away but, his mate, Moss cares for Millie and Millie returns the care by helping them to love humans and to be loved by humans.

I think this is an action packed adventure story and you should read the other books too.

The rating is 10/10 because it’s a comic book and I love comic books.

Thea Stilton Book Review

The Thea sisters are meeting a new dance teacher but this new teacher is more strict than any other teacher.

They need to have a dance challenge just to get into her class.

They practice so well but, their rival : Ruby Flashyfur, does the same but does it in the way of cheating. Can they build up the courage and make sure that Ruby doesn't win? They soon find out that their headmaster ( Octavius ) knows this new teacher ( Professor  ). Can the Thea Sisters both practice and find out the history of these 2 friends and make sure that their friendship doesn’t end too soon ?

This book is great for those who like to give second chances or want second chances.

For this book’s rating I rate 10 / 10 stars.

Apes

Birute Mary Galdikas has studied about apes for 40 years and more.

These apes are endangered species that live in the rainforests of Borneo and Sumatra, ( Islands on the South East of Asia )

The famous anthropologist Louis Leakey was the one who helped her begin her studies about orangutans in Borneo. (Louis also taught Jane Goodall and Dian Fossey )

Birute Mary Galdikas was interested in animals and their behaviour even before she went to kindergarten. When Birute Mary was 7 yrs old she wanted to become a explorer. She really wished that she could go to the jungles and learn about these early ancestors of ours, the orangutans.She says that in those days books were the only place that had information so she loved reading books about great apes.

Birute Mary Galdikas founded the orangutan Foundation in 1986 to help protect orangutans. These orange animals are endangered because rainforests are destroyed in a fast rate. All tropical rain forests are being destroyed ! But, it appears that the orangutans homes are destroyed faster than we thought.

Rain forests in Africa were protected by isolation and war, in Democratic Republic of the Congo. People don’t log when there is a war going on. They tend to leave the forest alone. The Amazon forest is so big that you could put the whole of Europe in there. It’s large size is protected to some degree. In Indonesia and Malaysia the rain forests are in extreme danger due to deforestation caused by prospector for palm oil industries. Palm oil is the most useful / common oil in the world. 50% of food in markets contains palm oil.

Owls

Twit - o - ooo. Who ? The owl of course, one of the greatest birds of the night.

Owls are nocturnal which means they sleep in daytime and they wake up in night because it is easier to catch prey and their big round eyes help them see far away things. Their secret is that they have ears behind their feathers. And their ears help them hear things from miles away.

There are lots of species of owls. Owls with big eyes are very weird. One of the weird features of owls are that they can turn their heads backwards, a 90 degrees turn Pretty cool right ? That’s how amazing owls are.

Libby The Story Writing Fairy

The ugly and mean Jack Frost has stolen Libby The Story -  Writing  Fairy’s magical notebook and now story writing in all worlds is a disaster. Can Rachel and Kirsty find Libby’s magical notebook and make sure all story - writing goes perfect?

On their summer vacation on Rainspell Island Kirsty has painted a lovely picture and wants to enter it in the ‘ Rainspell Art Competition ‘ . Then Rachel and Kirsty both take a walk and find the famous author Poppy Fields telling stories to young children who were dying to hear from her. As she read some story books the writing of books had gotten jumbled up. Soon they find a goblin writing a lovely story and soon know that he has Libby’s notebook. 

They hear his wonderful story and Rachel says she has a plan and asks Libby if she can dress them up like judges for the Crafts competition and as Libby turns them to look like judges they ask the goblin if they can have his book by saying they would love to write his book into millions of languages and copy them more than 1000 times. Of course he agreed and as soon as they got the notebook on their hands they ran off and woo - hoo now story writing would never be jumbled again.
