Sunset

Rendered Image
It is 21 : 09 pm on monday 22nd December. I walk from my study room and see the sunset. With golden stripes with a blanket of violet clouds. I have never seen such beauty in my life.

As the sun goes down it leaves a trail of wonder and joy. As the gold fades, little bits of pink show. When the violet clouds fill the sky it shows night has began.

In some minutes or hours the violet becomes purple and the purple fades to black with tiny stars that looks like diamonds.

I go downstairs thinking how lovely God’s creation is. He put gems in the sky to show light for those who need it. But, I think He’s telling us He is the light we should follow.

Ida Sophia Scudder
Born : December 9, 1870
Died : May 24, 1960
Birth Place :Ranipet, India
Education : Cornell University, Weill Cornell Medical College

Ida Scudder was a women who fought for women and many diseases. Her father was John Scudder Jr. and her mother was Sophia (née Weld ). She was born in India because her father and mother were doctors in India.

While her mother and father were out 3 women asked to help them because they were conceiving. But, she denied them. At the end she saw that the 3 women and their newborn babies had died and that’s when she heard God’s call. God was telling her to help those in need.

She was willing to accept the call because she witnessed lots of poverty in India. So in 1918 she started Asia’s foremost teaching hospitals and the Christian Medical College & hospital in Vellore, India.

One day Mahatma Gandhi visited the college/hospital. She never got married because in the old Indian times old men marry young women and the old men die soon. When the men die they burn him but they don’t just burn him they burn the young wives too.

This is the true story of Ida Sophia Scudder. Even now many remember her and celebrate her death day since she helped many. Some nowadays call her an Angel Of Mercy.

Akecheeana is a rare specie found in hidden parts of the African savanna. It has the body and legs of a cheetah to help it run fast and catch prey such as wildebeest, impalas, meerkats, wild dogs and if they’re lucky they could even catch elephants. It has the head of the green snake but is gentle. It has the tail of a iguana to slash out enemies such as lions and more. It is also good friends with the Cheatog.

Black Beauty Book Trailer - Planning out

Orientation : The author of this book is Anna Sewell. She wrote the life of her horse which is also known as Black Beauty. Black Beauty was fully black and had a white diamond on his forehead and that’s how he got his name.

Characters : There is one main character, his name is Black Beauty ( you would obviously see by the title ). There are other characters which are all horses and here are some names : Duchess ( Black Beauty’s mother ), Ginger ( Black Beauty’s best friend ) and Sir Oliver ( an old friend of Black Beauty ).

Setting / Background : The background is mostly grassy fields or farms or barns.

Problem : The problem is that wherever he goes his owner always sells him again and again until 2 ladies brought him and never sold him again.

Recommendation : I recommend this book to people who have a hard time in life but, always do their best, and for people who like reading books about horses, autobiographies and happy endings.
